Casa Nieves, El Paso

Casa Nieves is a family-friendly, pet-friendly stay in El Paso, Spain, set on Calle a Paso de Abajo s/n where the pace feels distinctly local. With a guest rating of 10/10 from a small number of reviewers, the standout theme is how comfortable and accommodating the property feels for everyday travel needs. The terrace is a simple but meaningful bonus: it gives you a place to slow down after time on the island roads. For connectivity, free wired internet and internet access help you keep plans and messages on track without relying on mobile data.

Practical parking is also part of the appeal, since self parking is available for a surcharge, which matters if you’re touring El Paso and the wider La Palma countryside by car. The hotel’s pet-friendly policy is clearly relevant for travelers who don’t want to leave companions behind, and the fact that children are allowed makes it easier to plan a group trip.

Casa Nieves also works well as a base for hitting major nearby landmarks. Roque de los Muchachos is roughly 28 km away for dramatic viewpoints, while Caldera de Taburiente National Park is about 32 km from the property for hiking and natural scenery. If you’re planning day trips, the location supports that rhythm: drive out for the sights, then return to a quieter setting.

Best for families and pet owners who want a calm base in El Paso with dependable basics—terrace time, internet access, and parking—while staying within reach of La Palma’s most famous natural attractions.
