Hotel Borja, El Puig Overview
Hotel Borja is a 1-star hotel in El Puig, Spain. Rated 8.6 out of 10 based on 80 guest reviews.
Hotel Borja is a simple, family-run 1-star property in El Puig, Spain, set on Progres, 35, close to the town’s everyday rhythm. With a guest rating of 8.6/10 from 80 reviews, it tends to suit travelers who want a practical base rather than a resort-style stay. Getting around is also straightforward: Puig Train Station is around 1 km from the hotel, making Valencia an easy day trip.
Reviews commonly mention the calm, low-key feel and the helpfulness of staff during limited front-desk hours, which matters if you’re arriving later in the day. Rooms are kept comfortable with air conditioning, and free wired internet is available for basic planning and messaging. For families, baby safety gates are provided, and children are welcome. Pet owners are also catered for, since pets are allowed, which is a big plus for road-trippers who don’t want to leave companions behind.
Because there’s no on-site parking, drivers usually plan ahead for where to leave the car before settling in. Overall, Hotel Borja is best for families, pet-friendly travelers, and budget road-trip stops who value a quiet, local atmosphere and easy access to El Puig’s monastery, rail links, and the coast.
