Basic Comfort Apartment Gran Reserva 0070, Empuriabrava

Basic Comfort Apartment Gran Reserva 0070 is a practical apartment stay in Empuriabrava, Spain, suited to travelers who want independence while still having key comforts on hand. The address is in Sector Gran Reserva 28, and that location places you within easy reach of the resort’s beach and canal areas, which is helpful if you’re planning day trips on foot. The apartment includes air conditioning for warmer afternoons and a terrace for downtime outdoors, plus access to a swimming pool for those who prefer a quieter swim than the sea.

From the limited guest feedback available, the overall rating is low (3/10 from 1 review), so it’s wise to treat this as a basic option rather than a place with consistently strong service impressions. One guest experience highlighted the importance of setting expectations around the apartment’s comfort level and the overall stay experience.

If you’re visiting for active days, Empuriabrava makes sense: Windoor Realfly is about 3 km away for an adrenaline-filled outing, and Empuriabrava Beach is roughly 2 km from the apartment for sun and water. For nature lovers, Aiguamolls de l’Empordà Natural Park is around 15 km away and is a straightforward choice for walking routes and wildlife spotting.

This is best for families and pet owners who are comfortable traveling with their own schedule, and for road-trip friendly guests who prioritize air conditioning, a terrace, and a pool over on-site extras. Note that parking is listed as not available, so plan accordingly if you’re bringing a car.
