Casa Puigmal Empuriabrava, Empuriabrava

Casa Puigmal Empuriabrava is a holiday home in Empuriabrava, Spain, set on Carrer Puigmal-E1 388 and suited to travelers who want space and independence rather than a hotel schedule. It’s a good fit for families and groups who plan to spend their days outdoors, then return to a comfortable indoor environment with air conditioning for warmer afternoons. Guests mention that the stay feels practical and livable, and the overall guest rating of 7.6/10 from a small set of reviews suggests a generally positive experience with room to tailor expectations.

The area is built around water, so you can easily plan time at Platja d’Empuriabrava, about 2 km away, and then shift to the marina and canal network for an afternoon stroll or a slower evening. If you prefer scenery and wildlife, Aiguamolls de l’Empordà is roughly 8 km from the property and offers a very different pace from the beachfront. For a cultural day trip, the Dalí Museum in Figueres is about 18 km away, making it manageable even for shorter stays.

Parking is a practical consideration here: the property has self parking available for a surcharge, plus covered parking, and offsite parking with discounted rates may help if you’re arriving by car. With swimming nearby, this is also a sensible base for guests who want to balance beach time with day trips. If you’re traveling with kids or a mixed group and want a straightforward base in Empuriabrava rather than a central-city hotel, Casa Puigmal Empuriabrava is worth considering.
