Ultimate Rentals - Heerlijk Appartement Met Uitzicht Op Het Zwembad, Estepona

Ultimate Rentals - Heerlijk Appartement Met Uitzicht Op Het Zwembad is an apartment stay in Estepona, Spain, suited to travellers who want a calm base with pool views and a quiet Japanese garden. The address is Resinera Voladilla, 5 Bloque 7, 1, A, so you’ll be positioned outside the busiest seafront streets while still within a practical drive of the town. Expect a straightforward setup: air conditioning helps with warm Andalusian weather, while free wired internet and internet access make it easier to plan days out or work remotely. The apartment is non-smoking throughout, and the presence of smoke alarms and a first aid kit adds a basic layer of safety.

The guest picture here is mixed. With a 4/10 rating from only two reviews, you should treat this as a “check carefully” option and confirm details before committing, especially if you’re sensitive to service consistency or the day-to-day condition of the stay. One common type of feedback in small-review listings is that expectations can vary, so reading any available comments closely is important.

For day trips, you’re well placed for Estepona Beach (about 8 km) and Selwo Aventura (about 6 km), both good for families and active couples. If you want an evening stroll, Estepona Marina and the Plaza de las Flores in the old town are roughly 10–11 km away, where you can find promenades, waterfront atmosphere, and local dining. Best for couples and families who prioritize outdoor calm, pool-side downtime, and staying connected with reliable internet.
