ViVi Homes - Casa Sereno Pool, Terrace & Garden, Estepona

ViVi Homes - Casa Sereno Pool, Terrace & Garden is a calm base in Estepona, Spain, suited to travellers who want downtime as much as sightseeing. The apartment sits in Bloque 3, and that residential feel matters: you’re close enough to reach the coast quickly, yet you can return to a quieter setting for evenings on the terrace. The property’s standout draw is the outdoor setup, with a swimming pool plus garden space where you can cool off between outings, and air conditioning helps you stay comfortable when the day warms up. Free wired internet is available, which is useful if you’re checking messages or planning golf and beach time. There’s also self parking available for a surcharge and non-smoking rules throughout, so the stay stays straightforward.

From here, Estepona Beach is about 2 km away, and Estepona Marina is roughly 1.8 km from the property, making it easy to mix relaxed coastal time with waterfront dining. If you’re into day trips and animals, Selwo Aventura is around 9 km from the apartment. Golfers can plan around San Roque Golf Course, about 10 km away.

Customer feedback is limited but notably positive, with a 10/10 rating from a small number of guests who highlight the peaceful, homey atmosphere and the value of having pool and outdoor space. For couples looking for a quiet, self-contained stay, or small groups who want a comfortable rhythm of beach, marina strolls, and golf, Casa Sereno Pool, Terrace & Garden fits well.
