Villa near ibiza Town Sleeps 14, Ibiza Town

Villa near ibiza Town Sleeps 14 is a spacious group villa in Ibiza Town, Spain, suited to travellers who want independence without giving up easy access to the island’s highlights. Set on Calle Rio Súquer, 2, it’s a practical base for up to 14 guests, with the kind of layout that helps everyone spread out rather than crowd into a single living area. A lap pool also gives you a quieter option for movement when the group wants different paces.

Guest feedback is strongly positive, with a 9.6/10 rating from nine reviews, suggesting a smooth stay for many visitors—particularly those travelling as families or in larger parties who value space and straightforward logistics. Several guests mention the convenience of having free parking on-site, which is especially helpful for road trips around the island.

From this base, you can reach Dalt Vila, the UNESCO-listed old town, in about 2 km, and the energy of Ibiza Port is similarly close at around 2 km. For beach time, Figueretes Beach is roughly 1 km away, making it simple to alternate between sea swims and town evenings. If you’re planning a family holiday or a road-trip with friends, this is the kind of place where everyone can come and go, then reunite around the pool when it’s time to slow down.
