Villa Lilibella, La Unión

Villa Lilibella is a quiet, family-friendly stay in La Unión, Spain, set on Calle Meteosat 48 and designed for guests who want space, privacy, and time outdoors. With a strong guest rating of 9.4/10 from 37 reviews, the most repeated praise is about how calm the property feels and how well it works for relaxed get-togethers. Check-in runs from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is at 11:00 AM, so you can settle in comfortably and plan your departure without rushing.

The villa’s outdoor living is a big part of the appeal: you can cool off in the swimming pool and spend evenings on the terrace with outdoor furniture. Air conditioning is available, which helps when the coastal heat builds up, and the villa is non-smoking throughout for guests who prefer cleaner indoor air. Pets are allowed, making it easier for travellers who don’t want to leave companions behind.

Cleanliness standards are taken seriously, with guest rooms disinfected between stays and cleaning practices described as effective against Coronavirus, which matches what many reviewers look for when travelling. For days out, Cala de la tía Antonia is about 1 km away, while the historic Castillo de San Juan de los Terreros is roughly 2 km from the villa. If you’re travelling with children or coming as a couple, the combination of nearby sea access and on-site downtime makes it a practical base for both slow mornings and active afternoons.
