Reviewers commonly mention the calm feel of the property and the straightforward arrival process, including key access, plus the helpfulness of the tour desk when planning time around Lago. If you’re traveling with others, the shared-stationery approach (like menus and pens removed) is a small but clear sign of attention to local safety protocols.
