Ático Alameda, Las Palmas

Ático Alameda is a well-reviewed apartment in Las Palmas, Spain, set on Calle Antonio Rodríguez López, 6 Ático, in the coastal Las Canteras area where mornings can start with a short walk to the beach. The stay is built around comfort and practicality: non-smoking rooms, air conditioning for warmer days, and a terrace with outdoor furniture for a quieter moment at the end of the day. Families and couples alike tend to value the calm, with guest rooms disinfected between stays and the property cleaned by professional cleaning companies, which is the kind of detail that shows up in the way visitors talk about cleanliness.

From here, you can reach major sights without long transfers. Las Canteras Beach is roughly 300 metres away, making it easy to return for a break between swims or strolls. The Catedral de Santa Ana is about 3.6 km from the apartment, while Poema del Mar Aquarium sits around 3.9 km away for a weather-proof outing. For a coastal change of scenery, Castillo de la Luz is approximately 2.2 km, a good option when you want views and a bit of history in one walk.

Reviewers give the property a 9.5/10 score across 10 reviews, and the recurring theme is that guests feel looked after—especially around hygiene and the overall tidiness after cleaning. Check-in runs from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, so plan your arrival and departure around those times. Ático Alameda is best for travelers who want an easy base near the sea, a private outdoor space, and a straightforward, comfortable stay in Las Palmas.
