Breaching this rule may result in the termination of the rental agreement without compensation. Any bank fees related to international transfers will be borne by the client. Check-out must be done before 11:00. Delays may result in additional charges.Each room has a safe. We are not responsible for valuables not stored in it.The property has surveillance cameras in common areas. By staying, guests accept these measures as a condition of their stay. Smoking in any unit will incur an additional charge of EUR 100.Pets are not allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will incur an additional charge of EUR 150 per day.The accommodation is equipped with noise meters to ensure a peaceful environment. Guests are expected to maintain moderate noise levels, especially between 22:00 and 08:00. Violating this rule may result in warnings or, in case of repeated offenses, expulsion from the property.Guests must delete their network credentials from their devices before leaving. The accommodation is not responsible if guests fail to do so.Stays of 5 days or more may request a cleaning service at no extra charge. Guests are expected to behave respectfully.
