a beautiful and tranquil apartment in the heart of marbella, Marbella

A beautiful and tranquil apartment in the heart of Marbella, known as a quiet base for stays in Spain, sits in Urb lomas de río real, EDF 7, portal 21, piso 1E. From here, you can balance downtime with easy access to the city’s highlights, including Marbella Old Town around 10 km away and the beach areas near Playa de la Fontanilla about 8 km from the apartment. The setting suits guests who want a calmer atmosphere than the busiest seafront streets, while still being within reasonable driving distance of the marina and Puerto Banús.

The apartment’s standout appeal is its combination of indoor comfort and outdoor breathing space: air conditioning helps you settle in after the heat, while the terrace gives you a place to slow down. On-site, the pool waterfall and the exercise/lap pool are designed for both leisurely dips and simple laps, and the Japanese garden adds a soothing touch that guests tend to notice immediately. Reviewers rate the property 7.8/10 based on a small set of four reviews, with visitors commonly describing it as peaceful and well-suited to relaxing stays.

In practical terms, it works well for couples and families who like to plan their days around nearby beaches and local sightseeing, then return to a quieter residential pocket at night. If you’re travelling with a car, note that self parking is available for a surcharge and offsite parking may come with discounted rates. Check-in runs from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is at 2:00 PM, so it’s best to plan your schedule around those times.
