Apartment Condes de Iza-CDI - Roomservice is a 4-star apartment-style stay in Marbella, Spain, suited to travelers who want a little more privacy than a standard hotel while still keeping services close at hand. Reviews commonly mention the convenience of room service, which helps guests settle in quickly after a day at the beach or in town. The property’s setting makes it practical for couples planning a romantic break: you can reach Marbella Beach in about 2 km, wander into Marbella Old Town in roughly 2 km, and still keep the option of a quieter evening at home base.

Guests also highlight how easy it is to structure days around nearby highlights. Puerto Banús is around 6 km away for marina views and upscale shopping, while Sierra de las Nieves National Park is about 30 km from Marbella for a nature-focused excursion. One recurring theme in guest feedback is that the stay feels comfortable for downtime—ideal after walking the Paseo Marítimo, where the coastline and sea air set the pace.

The hotel’s exact address isn’t provided here, but it’s described as being in Marbella, and that matters for planning: you’ll want to factor in short transfers to the coast and the Old Town depending on your itinerary. Best for couples and solo travelers who prioritize calm, convenience, and the option to eat in, it’s also a good fit for business travelers who want a straightforward base with room service rather than constant restaurant hopping.
