Lujoso Apartamento de 2 dormitorios en Banús is a two-bedroom stay in Marbella, Spain, designed for guests who want space, privacy, and an easy link to the action of Puerto Banús. The apartment sits on Avenida Playas del Duque Casa Córdoba 2ªplanta, putting you close to the Banús buzz while still giving you a home base for quieter evenings. Families and pet owners tend to be especially drawn to the flexibility here. Children are allowed, and pets are also welcome, which makes day-to-day planning simpler when you’re travelling with a furry companion. On-site, you can unwind with access to a swimming pool, and the terrace adds a simple place to slow down after a day on the coast. For meals, there’s a restaurant on the property, so you’re not always dependent on driving or finding a reservation.

In terms of nearby highlights, Puerto Banús is about 1 km away for marina strolling and high-end shopping, while Marbella Old Town is roughly 6 km for historic streets and viewpoints. If you’re road-tripping, free parking is a clear plus, and discounted offsite parking and car hire options can help streamline longer itineraries. Overall, this is a strong fit for families, pet-friendly travellers, and couples who want a comfortable apartment base rather than a single hotel room.
