Wonderful Villa Near Beach with Mediterranean Views is a private-stay option in Marbella, Spain, set on Avenida el Rosario 327 for guests who want space, privacy, and a slower pace than the hotel strip. With a guest rating of 10/10 from one review, the standout impression is how comfortable and welcoming the villa feels once you’re settled in. Air conditioning helps you stay comfortable through warm afternoons, while the swimming pool and hot tub/Jacuzzi create two distinct ways to unwind—one for sun and laps, the other for evening relaxation. The terrace and outdoor furniture make it easy to linger outside, and BBQ facilities give you a simple way to cook and eat at home.

Location matters here: the beaches are about 1 km away, so you can trade car rides for quick walks when you want sand and sea. La Concha Mountain is around 5 km away for viewpoints and a break from coastal routines, while Puerto Banús at about 7 km suits those who prefer marina energy and upscale browsing.
