Preciosa casa en playa América, Nigrán

Preciosa casa en playa América is a holiday home in Nigrán, Spain, set on Estrada Pola Vía 140 and designed for guests who want space, privacy, and an easy rhythm between the terrace and the coast. The house is family-oriented, with family rooms and a non-smoking setup throughout, plus private check-in and private check-out to keep arrivals and departures smooth. Outdoors is part of the appeal: you can spend time on the terrace with outdoor furniture, and the BBQ facilities make it practical to cook at home rather than plan every meal around restaurants.

From this address, you’re close to Playa América, and the surrounding coastline makes day trips feel natural. If you want scenery and sea views, Isla de San Simón is about 14 km away and Cabo Estai is around 16 km, both good for a change of pace. For beach time beyond Playa América, Playa de Panxón is roughly 8 km and Monteferro Park sits about 18 km from the property.

The guest rating is 9/10 based on one review, so it’s early days, but the feedback suggests a strong first impression. Expect a calm, home-like stay rather than a hotel-style experience, with staff following local safety protocols and a tour desk that can help you plan what to do next. Offsite parking is available with discounted rates, which helps if you’re arriving by car.

Best for families and small groups who want a self-catered base near the beach, with outdoor space for relaxed evenings and straightforward logistics for check-in and check-out.
