Air conditioning helps you stay comfortable when the coastal weather turns warm, and free wired internet makes it easier to plan beach days or keep in touch.

The apartment’s outdoor setup is part of the appeal: you have access to a shared terrace and a shared swimming pool with exercise/lap-style swimming, which is a nice option when you want a swim without always heading straight to the shoreline. If you’re traveling with children, beach toys are provided, making it simpler to settle in quickly for sand-and-sea time.

In terms of what’s close by, you can reach Playa de L’Aigua Blanca and Playa de Terranova-Burguera in about 1.5–2 km, giving you multiple beach choices depending on the day’s mood. Oliva’s older streets are also within reach for a slower change of pace, roughly 6 km away.
