playa flamenca apartment terrazas, Orihuela

Playa Flamenca Apartment Terrazas is a practical base in Orihuela, Spain, for travelers who want an apartment-style stay close to the coast while keeping a calm routine at home. The property sits on Calle Santa Rufina, and while it’s not set up for on-site parking, the surrounding Orihuela Costa area works well if you’re arriving by car and planning day trips. Guest feedback is mixed: with a 6.3/10 rating from just three reviews, expect a stay that may suit some visitors but won’t feel consistently polished for everyone.

Inside, the key comfort points are air conditioning and non-smoking rooms, which matter in warmer months. There’s also an exercise/lap pool on-site, plus a swimming pool for downtime, and the Japanese garden provides a quieter visual break when you’re not at the beach. The location is geared toward beach time: Cala Mosca and Playa Cala la Mosca are roughly 2 km away, and Villamartín Plaza is about 3 km from the apartment for dining and evening atmosphere.

This is best for families and road-trip friendly guests who prefer space and self-catering over hotel routines, and who are comfortable managing parking off-site. If you’re visiting for sun and sea, the short drive to nearby beaches and the on-site pools make the daily rhythm easy. If you’re expecting a highly reviewed, consistently serviced property, the limited number of reviews is worth weighing before you commit.
