Precioso Apartamento de Diseño, Palencia

Precioso Apartamento de Diseño is a design-led apartment in Palencia, Spain, suited to travellers who want to live in the city rather than just pass through it. Located on Calle Miguel de Unamuno, it places you within an easy walk of Plaza Mayor (about 0.5 km) and Palencia Cathedral (around 0.8 km), so you can plan days around the historic centre. Guests typically mention the calm, non-smoking setting and the practical layout that supports both short breaks and longer stays. The apartment includes free wired internet and internet access, which is especially helpful for remote work or keeping in touch while you explore. For meals, the fully equipped kitchen makes it realistic to cook at home between outings, rather than relying on restaurants every night. Reviews commonly highlight that the apartment feels thoughtfully arranged for everyday comfort, with a focus on function as much as style. If you’re travelling by car, discounted rates for offsite parking and covered parking options help reduce the usual hassle of where to leave your vehicle. Solo explorers often appreciate the straightforward access to the city’s sights, while couples tend to value the walkability and the quieter, residential feel compared with staying right on the busiest streets. For business travellers, the combination of reliable internet and proximity to central landmarks makes it easier to balance meetings with downtime. Palencia Train Station is about 1 km away, so arriving and departing is typically uncomplicated.
