Apartamento Playa Arenal Javea, Platja De L'Arenal

Apartamento Playa Arenal Javea is a self-catering-style stay in Platja de l’Arenal, Javea, Spain, positioned on Calle Marsella for an easy base to the beach and the coastal promenade. With a guest rating of 5/10 from just three reviews, expectations should be set carefully, since the small sample size means experiences can vary. In practice, reviewers tend to focus on the basics: air conditioning for warm days, soundproof rooms for quieter sleep, and the convenience of a lift for easier movement during your stay. The apartment setup suits families who want space and a straightforward routine, and it also works for couples who prefer a calm, residential pocket rather than the bustle of the old town.

For days out, you’re within about 1 km of Arenal Beach, and the surrounding area makes it simple to mix swimming with casual walks along the shoreline. If you want scenery beyond the sand, Montgó Natural Park is roughly 8 km away and is a strong choice for viewpoints and nature trails. The port area, around 5 km from the property, is where you’ll find a different atmosphere—more boats, more dining, and longer evening strolls. For a classic coastal excursion, Cala la Granadella is about 14 km away.

On-site, you can stay active with table tennis and squash, and there are fitness facilities available for a surcharge if you want a workout without leaving the neighborhood. The terrace adds a simple outdoor spot for downtime, while family rooms, non-smoking rooms, and facilities for disabled guests make the stay more adaptable to different needs.
