Casa Fresca, Platja De L'Arenal

Casa Fresca is a calm, non-smoking stay in Platja de l’Arenal, Spain, set on Avinguda de la Fontana, 4, a practical base for days that start on the sand and end with an easygoing return. With a guest rating of 9.5/10 based on two reviews, the overall impression is positive and consistent, with guests highlighting the comfort of the setup and the care shown by the host. The terrace is a natural place to slow down after exploring, and the outdoor furniture makes it feel usable rather than decorative. Practicalities matter here too: staff follow local safety protocols, and the building includes a lift/elevator, which helps if you’re arriving with luggage or traveling with mobility needs. Pets are allowed, which is a real advantage for travelers who don’t want to leave companions behind. If you’re the type who likes to understand where you are, the guest education on local ecosystems and culture adds a thoughtful layer to a beach holiday, giving context to the coastline and surrounding landscape.

For sightseeing, Cabo de la Nao is about 10 km away for dramatic coastal scenery, while L’Oceanogràfic is roughly 15 km from the property for a full-day attraction. The Port of Jávea marina area is around 9 km out, offering a different rhythm from the beach, with more of a harbor atmosphere. Casa Fresca is best for couples, families, and small groups who want a quieter, pet-friendly base with a terrace and a bit of educational insight, rather than a strictly nightlife-focused location.
