Flore Residence Penthouse, Playa Paraiso

Flore Residence Penthouse is a high-floor apartment stay in Playa Paraiso, Spain, set at Avenida Adeje 300, 15th floor, apartment 1515. The area is geared toward sun-and-sea days, with Playa Paraiso and Playa El Pinque close enough for quick beach time, while larger highlights like Siam Park are about 8 km away. If you’re planning day trips, Teide National Park sits roughly 30 km from the neighborhood.

Guests rate this penthouse extremely highly at 9.8/10, and the small number of reviews points to a consistent theme: people seem to value the privacy and the calm feel of a dedicated apartment setup rather than a shared hotel environment. Reviewers also tend to mention the practical touches that make stays smoother, including private check-in/check-out and luggage storage, which helps when arrival times don’t line up with your plans. Families appreciate the baby safety gates, and the non-smoking policy throughout supports travelers who prefer a fresher indoor environment.

Day-to-day comfort is supported by air conditioning, and you can unwind outdoors on the terrace after a swim in the swimming pool. Offsite parking is available with discounted rates, which can matter if you’re exploring beyond the immediate coastline.

Flore Residence Penthouse is best for couples and families who want a quieter base in Playa Paraiso with easy access to beaches and major attractions, plus the added reassurance of private, apartment-style arrival and departure.
