Apartamento Tabaybas, Puerto Del Carmen

Apartamento Tabaybas is an adult-only stay in Puerto del Carmen, Spain, suited to travelers who want a quiet base with time outdoors. Located on Avenida de las Playas, 13A, it’s close enough to reach the beach and the town’s evening scene, while still feeling restful once you’re back at your terrace. The property is non-smoking throughout and uses air conditioning to help you settle in after a day in the Lanzarote sun. A swimming pool with a shallow end and a solarium create two different ways to unwind, whether you want a light dip or a longer stretch of sunbathing. Outdoor furniture on the terrace makes it easy to linger with a drink after dinner.

Guest feedback is consistently positive, with an overall rating of 8.5/10 from 31 reviews. Many guests highlight the calm, adults-only atmosphere and the practicality of having a pool and sun areas on site. Others mention that the location works well for short trips around Puerto del Carmen, including visits to Rancho Texas Park and the shopping options around Centro Comercial Biosfera Plaza.

If you’re planning a road trip, this is a straightforward, low-key choice for couples and solo adults who prefer their accommodation quiet and comfortable rather than busy and social. It’s also a good fit for anyone who values simple, functional comforts—like the safety deposit box and non-smoking environment—while keeping most of their sightseeing and meals in the surrounding area. For reference, Playa Grande is about 1 km away, Rancho Texas is around 3 km, and Biosfera Plaza sits roughly 2 km from the address.
