Sabbia Suites Avenida, Puerto Del Carmen

Sabbia Suites Avenida is a small, apartment-style stay in Puerto del Carmen, Spain, positioned at 38 Avenida de las Playas, close enough to make beach time feel effortless. With a private entrance to each apartment, it suits travellers who want a bit more independence than a traditional hotel—especially if you’re arriving with a family schedule or prefer to come and go at your own pace. The terrace is a practical bonus here, giving you somewhere to linger with a drink after a day in the sun. Guests also mention the ease of contactless check-in and check-out, which helps when you’re tired from travel or want a smooth arrival.

The location works for beach lovers: Playa Chica is about 0.3 km away, and the broader Puerto del Carmen Beach area is within a short stroll. For day trips, Rancho Texas Lanzarote Park sits roughly 1.5 km from the property, while the Lanzarote Golf Resort is around 3 km away for those planning a round. Reviewers rate the hotel 8.7/10 based on 70 reviews, with many comments pointing to the calm, self-contained feel and the convenience of having the essentials at hand.

On-site, free wired internet supports work or planning without relying on Wi-Fi alone, and outdoor furniture makes the terrace more usable rather than just decorative. Beach toys are also provided, which is a thoughtful touch for families travelling with children. Sabbia Suites Avenida is best for couples and families who want an easy, low-key base near the coast, with enough privacy to unwind between outings.
