Casa Esturion J-A Murcia Holiday Rentals Property is a family-friendly holiday home in Roldán, Spain, set on Calle Esturion, 94, where you can settle into a quieter residential pocket while still reaching the coast and major attractions by car. With an impressive guest rating of 10/10 from two reviews, the property’s appeal seems to come from straightforward comfort: non-smoking interiors, air conditioning for warm-season stays, and free wired internet for keeping plans on track. Outdoors, the swimming pool and terrace help turn downtime into part of the itinerary, and the BBQ facilities are a practical touch for relaxed meals at home.

If you’re planning a golf or tennis-focused break, the location near La Torre Golf Resort (about 5 km away) makes it easy to build days around lessons and play without long transfers. For beach time, Santiago de la Ribera Beach is roughly 18 km from the property, ideal for swimming and evening walks along the shoreline. Culture and sightseeing are also within reach: Murcia Cathedral sits around 25 km away for a day trip into the city.

This is best for families and road-trip travelers who want space to spread out and the convenience of on-site leisure, rather than being dependent on constant restaurant outings. The check-in window runs from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is by 11:00 AM, so it suits guests who prefer a steady rhythm rather than late-morning departures. Note that parking is not available on-site, so plan your arrival accordingly.
