This is a non-smoking, air-conditioned stay designed for comfort between beach days, and it comes with a swimming pool and a terrace where you can unwind outdoors. The location suits travelers who want a coastal base rather than a deep-city address, with Platja de Santa Margarida about 0.5 km away and Castell de la Trinitat roughly 3 km from the apartment. If you’re mixing sea time with culture, the Dalí Museum is about 17 km away, making it feasible as a day trip. Guests who have stayed here mention the appeal of being close to the shoreline and valuing the terrace and pool for downtime.
That said, the guest rating is 4.7/10 based on only three reviews, so it’s wise to treat expectations carefully and read recent feedback before committing. Best for couples and small groups who prioritize outdoor space, air conditioning for warm afternoons, and an easy rhythm between the beach, the pool, and nearby sights in Roses.

Should You Book Appartement 60 M2, piscine première ligne de mer?
Not recommended based on the available evidence. With a 4.7/10 rating from only 3 reviews, the risk of a disappointing stay is high, and the positives listed (pool, air conditioning, sea-area setting) aren’t enough to outweigh that.
Best For
- Travelers who prioritize air conditioning for comfort in Roses
- Groups or families who want a larger 60 m² apartment setup rather than a hotel room
- Guests who value having a swimming pool on-site during beach downtime
- People planning day trips to local sights like Aquabrava Water Park (3 km) and Ciutadella de Roses (2 km)
Not Ideal For
- Anyone who wants to rely on strong guest satisfaction, given the low 4.7/10 score from 3 reviews
- Light sleepers or guests sensitive to uncertainty, since the review sample is too small to confirm consistency of the stay experience
What to Expect
You arrive at an apartment-style stay in Roses on Avinguda de la Gola de l'Estany, with the sea atmosphere nearby and an on-site swimming pool to break up beach days. Inside, air conditioning and a non-smoking environment are set up for comfort, and you can start the day on the terrace before heading out. The area supports easy access to popular nearby spots such as Ciutadella de Roses and Aquabrava Water Park for daytime activities. However, the very limited review base and the low overall rating suggest that other aspects of the stay may not have met expectations for recent guests.
Location Intelligence
The apartment is positioned in Roses with key attractions close by, including Ciutadella de Roses (2 km) and Aquabrava Water Park (3 km). For longer excursions, Dalí Museum is about 17 km away, while Castell de la Trinitat is around 3 km. Girona-Costa Brava Airport and Perpignan-Rivesaltes Airport are both about 69–70 km away, so plan for a transfer rather than expecting a short hop.
