Detached-Extended- Villa à la Marina, San Fulgencio

Detached-Extended-Villa à la Marina is a private-villa style stay in San Fulgencio, Spain, positioned on Calle Oslo for guests who want space and a quieter rhythm than a hotel corridor. With a guest rating of 6.9/10 from 8 reviews, it’s best approached as a practical base rather than a flawless, high-end property. Reviews from past guests commonly point to the value of having room to spread out, including multiple living areas and bathrooms that help when families travel together or when different schedules need different levels of quiet. The villa’s outdoor setup is a key part of the appeal: you can spend time on the terrace and in the garden, and the swimming pool is a straightforward way to cool off without leaving the property. Air conditioning and WiFi are included, which matters in warmer months and for checking in on plans. For day trips, the Salinas de Santa Pola Nature Reserve is about 10 km away, giving you a chance to explore coastal wetlands and birdlife. If you want beach time closer to home, Playa de La Marina is roughly 7 km from the villa, while Guardamar’s beachfront and dunes are around 13 km for longer walks. The villa format also suits travelers who prefer cooking and flexible meal times, since the accommodation includes a kitchen setup. Check-out is at 08:00 AM, so plan departures accordingly. Overall, it’s a good fit for families and small groups looking for privacy, outdoor time, and an easy drive to nature and the coast.
