Appartamento Ocean View, San Miguel De Abona

Appartamento Ocean View is a self-catering apartment in San Miguel de Abona, Spain, set in the Golf del Sur area and reviewed at 9.8/10 by 29 guests. The address is Avenida Jose Miguel Galvan Bello 22, Bloque B Piso 4 P.ta3, in the Edificio Arenal complex, which helps explain why many visitors focus on the quieter, resort-side feel rather than the bustle of the town centre. Reviews highlight how carefully the property is managed, including staff adherence to local safety protocols, and guests repeatedly mention the calm, non-smoking environment across the building.

For day-to-day convenience, the apartment’s on-site swimming pool and terrace are the two features people tend to use most, especially when they want a low-effort break between beach time and golf. If you’re arriving with groceries in mind, grocery deliveries are available, which suits longer stays and families who prefer to plan meals around their own schedule. There’s also a lift/elevator, plus offsite parking with discounted rates available, so getting in and out is simpler when you’re not traveling light.

The location works well for couples and small groups who want easy access to Golf del Sur (about 1 km) and Playa San Miguel de Abona (around 1.5–2 km), while still being close enough to reach San Miguel de Abona’s marina area (roughly 6 km) for evening dining and promenades. Guests also note that shuttle service is available for an additional charge, which can be helpful when you’d rather not rely entirely on parking.

Overall, Appartamento Ocean View is best for travelers who value a quiet, well-run base with outdoor downtime, straightforward logistics, and reliable support during their stay.
