The apartments are non-smoking, and the property also provides free wired internet and internet access, which guests often appreciate when planning beach days, bus routes, or restaurant reservations.

Reviewers commonly highlight the practical layout for groups, especially when traveling with children, and the fact that the accommodation supports a calmer, indoor routine between outings. After a day on the coast, having space to regroup matters, and the free internet helps keep everyone on schedule. You’re well placed for classic San Sebastián highlights: Zurriola Beach is about 1.2 km away for surf views and long walks, while Kursaal Congress Centre sits roughly 2.0 km from the apartment for waterfront culture and events. If you want a bigger day out, Monte Igueldo is around 3.7 km and works nicely for panoramic views and a change of scenery.
