Villa Cas Berris, Sant Josep

Villa Cas Berris is a spacious stay in Sant Josep, Spain, set at Cas Berris, SN, where the pace feels slower and the outdoors do most of the work. With a guest rating of 10/10 from four reviews, visitors consistently highlight the calm atmosphere and the way the property supports group time without feeling cramped. The villa setup suits families and small groups who want privacy, plus couples who prefer a quieter base rather than being in the middle of Ibiza’s nightlife.

Days here naturally revolve around the sea and the terrace. Ses Boques Beach is about 1 km away, making it easy to plan a morning swim and return for a cooler break. For a change of scenery, Cala Jondal is roughly 9 km from the property, while Torre del Pirata sits around 6 km out for a scenic outing. If you want the energy of the island’s main hub, Ibiza Port is about 18 km away for promenades, ferries, and evening dining.

Inside, air conditioning helps you stay comfortable when the weather turns warm. After time in the sun, the swimming pool and hot tub/Jacuzzi offer two different ways to unwind, and the solarium is a practical spot for laid-back downtime. Practical touches like a safety deposit box and non-smoking rooms add to the ease of staying put, while the tour desk can help you shape day trips around the island’s coastline and viewpoints.

Overall, Villa Cas Berris works best for travelers who value privacy, outdoor relaxation, and quick access to beaches over a walk-everywhere city stay.
