Charming Ibiza villa, Sant Llorenç De Balafia Overview
Charming Ibiza villa is a private-stay option in Sant Llorenç de Balafia, Spain, set at Can Pere des Matá, Venda de Benirrás nº 27 in the Sant Miquel de Balansat area. Guests typically choose it for the calm, home-like pace of the north of Ibiza, especially when they want outdoor time without being tied to a hotel schedule. Reviews commonly mention the Japanese garden as a standout for quiet mornings and wind-down evenings, and many visitors appreciate the practical outdoor setup for relaxed meals at the BBQ facilities.
The villa’s non-smoking policy suits travelers who prefer a fresher indoor environment, while the parking approach is designed for road trips: offsite parking with discounted rates is available, and covered parking is also listed, though self parking can involve a surcharge. This combination tends to work well for families and couples who plan to explore by car and want an easy base between beaches and village life.
In terms of what’s nearby, Benirràs Beach is about 2 km away for quick coastal access, while Marina Botafoch is roughly 10 km for a busier day of dining and waterfront strolling. Guests also often plan excursions toward Ibiza Old Town (Dalt Vila), around 20 km, for evening atmosphere and historic views. Some travelers note that the setting is best for those comfortable with a short drive to restaurants and attractions, rather than for anyone expecting walk-everywhere convenience.
Overall, Charming Ibiza villa fits best for couples and families looking for a peaceful north-coast base with garden calm, BBQ evenings, and straightforward parking for exploring the island.
