Can Star, Santa Eulalia Del Rio

Can Star is a 4-star luxury hotel in Santa Eulalia del Rio, Spain, designed for guests who want a calm base while still reaching the island’s beaches and landmarks quickly. The property sits in the Santa Eulalia area, giving you easy access to the town’s everyday rhythm and the scenic coastline. Reviewers often mention the hotel’s relaxed atmosphere and attentive service, with couples describing it as a comfortable setting for slow mornings and evenings that don’t feel rushed. Families, too, tend to appreciate the straightforward holiday pace and the chance to unwind on-site after a day out.

The surrounding area is a big part of the appeal. Es Canar Beach is about 3 km away for swimming and beach time, while Puig de Missa, roughly 2 km from the hotel, offers a cultural outing with views over the district. Cala Llonga Beach is around 6 km away if you want a slightly longer drive for more shoreline variety. For dining, guests frequently look toward Santa Eulària des Riu and nearby restaurant pockets, including Bistro 51, known for fresh seafood.

Inside, the standout features are the outdoor pool and the spa, both of which help explain why many guests talk about feeling properly rested rather than just “on holiday.” The hotel’s overall tone is polished but not stiff, and several visitors note that the experience feels tailored—whether you’re traveling as a couple, bringing family, or planning a quieter break in Ibiza’s east coast.
