Alameda Park, Santiago De Compostela

Alameda Park is a comfortable base in Santiago de Compostela, Spain, suited to travellers who want to be close to the city’s historic centre without giving up practical comforts. Set on Avenida de Figueroa, the stay is within about 1 km of the Santiago de Compostela Cathedral and the lively Praza do Obradoiro area, so you can plan sightseeing on foot and still return easily between outings. The surrounding streets also put Parque da Alameda within roughly 1 km, which is a welcome option for a quieter walk when the day’s crowds build up.

The standout for many guests is the apartment-style setup, with free wired internet and an internet connection that helps if you need to check messages or work during your trip. The hotel is non-smoking throughout, which some reviewers specifically appreciate for keeping the space feeling fresh and easy to settle into. Covered parking is another practical advantage, particularly if you’re arriving by car and want to avoid dealing with weather or street parking.

With a guest rating of 10/10 from a small number of reviews, the feedback points to a smooth, comfortable stay rather than any single dramatic feature. For couples, families, and solo explorers who value location and everyday usability, Alameda Park makes sense as a calm, functional place to regroup in between visits to key sights like the Cathedral (around 1 km), Monastery of San Martiño Pinario (about 1.2 km), and the central squares clustered around the Obradoiro.
