Antojos, Tardajos

Antojos is a small, non-smoking hotel in Tardajos, Spain, set on Plaza Felix izquierdo, 5, which makes it easy to step into local life without being far from Burgos. It’s a strong fit for families and solo explorers who want a calm base, plus practical help from the tour desk when planning days out. Guests consistently rate the stay highly, with reviewers praising the smooth check-in flow and the attentive, straightforward service. Many travelers also mention feeling comfortable with the hotel’s family-room setup and the fact that pets are allowed, which is a big plus for those not traveling light.

For daytime plans, Burgos Cathedral is about 6 km away, and El Parral Park sits roughly 3 km from the hotel, offering a greener counterpoint to city sightseeing. If you’re looking beyond town, the Sierra de la Demanda area is within reach for hikes and countryside time, and the hotel’s guest education on local ecosystems and culture adds context to what you’re seeing. After a day outdoors, massage services are available on-site, giving you an option to unwind without needing to travel elsewhere.

A few practical details come up in guest feedback: express check-in/check-out helps when schedules are tight, and private check-in/check-out reduces friction on arrival. Offsite parking is available with discounted rates, which can matter if you’re driving in from nearby towns. Overall, Antojos feels like a quiet, well-managed base for travelers who value comfort, local orientation, and flexibility.
