Villa Nova Vida Barcelona, Teià

Villa Nova Vida Barcelona is a family-oriented stay in Teià, Spain, set on Carrer de Tarragona for travelers who want space, outdoor time, and a calm base outside central Barcelona. With a 10/10 guest rating from the small number of reviews available, the property is being recognized for how well it fits real holiday rhythms rather than just ticking boxes.

The outdoor setup is the headline: you can spend afternoons on the terrace, fire up the BBQ facilities for an easy meal at home, and unwind by the pool area where the perimeter is fenced for extra peace of mind. Indoors, the home keeps things social with board games and table tennis, which is especially useful when the weather turns or you’re traveling with kids. There’s also kids’ outdoor play equipment, so younger guests have a dedicated way to burn energy.

For day trips, Teià’s position makes it practical to reach major Barcelona landmarks like Sagrada Família (about 20 km), while the coast is close enough for a beach reset, including Ocata Beach (around 3 km). If you prefer nature over museums, the Parc Natural de la Serralada Litoral (roughly 9 km) is a straightforward option for fresh-air walks.

Offsite parking is available with discounted rates, and the property is non-smoking throughout. Pets are allowed, which can matter for travelers who don’t want to leave companions behind. Overall, Villa Nova Vida Barcelona is best for families and small groups who value outdoor time, simple in-house entertainment, and a quieter neighborhood base while still being within reach of Barcelona’s sights.
