Villa in Tías - 104375 by MO Rentals is a three-star villa stay in Tías, Lanzarote, Spain, suited to travelers who want space and a calmer base between town life and the island’s volcanic scenery. Guests typically like the practical setup for day-to-day living and the quiet feel of the surrounding residential area, with Tías Town Center about 1 km away for groceries, local errands, and evening meals. For beach time, Playa de los Pocillos is roughly 3 km from the villa, making it a straightforward option when you want sand without committing to a full beach-town stay. Nature lovers often plan their days around Timanfaya National Park, about 15 km away, and the villa’s location works well for those who prefer driving early and returning to unwind later.

Reviews from previous guests frequently mention the villa’s relaxing pool area as a highlight, especially after a day of exploring Lanzarote’s landscapes. Solo travelers and couples appreciate the privacy and the ability to set their own pace, while families tend to value the extra room compared with a standard hotel room. One guest-style pattern you’ll see in feedback is that people enjoy mixing local dining with self-catered breakfasts, and La Cascada is often cited as a dependable Spanish option nearby. The overall impression is of a straightforward, comfortable villa base rather than a resort experience, so it fits best for those planning to spend most of their time out and about, then return for downtime.
