If two rooms are booked, additional information will be required from guests, including the purpose of their travel, to assess their acceptance. Group bookings are subject to a supplement of EUR 2000 per flat, payable at the time of booking. This deposit must be paid by credit card and will be fully refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided the accommodations is in good condition.For stays longer than 11 nights, a damage deposit of EUR 500 is required, to be paid by credit card. This amount will be refunded within 30 days of check-out, once the accommodations is inspected, and any consumption of electricity and water during the stay is calculated.
