Ático Duplex con piscina, Vera

Ático Duplex con piscina is a two-bedroom duplex apartment in Vera, Spain, set on Calle Islas Canarias, 7, bloque 3, portal 15. It suits travelers who want a bit more space than a standard hotel room, with the added bonus of a terrace and a swimming pool for slower mornings and late-afternoon swims. Guests also have access to a hot tub/Jacuzzi, which is especially handy after a day in the sun when you want to unwind without leaving the property. The accommodation is non-smoking throughout and includes air conditioning, so indoor comfort stays steady even during warmer days.

Based on the limited guest feedback available, the overall rating of 7.7/10 from three reviews suggests a generally positive stay, with visitors highlighting the apartment’s family-friendly setup and the on-site pool area. The duplex layout can work well for families or small groups because it provides separation between living and sleeping spaces, while BBQ facilities on the terrace make it easier to plan casual evenings.

If you’re planning days out, El Playazo Beach is about 3 km away, giving you a straightforward route to sand and sea. For a change of scenery, Playa de Quitapellejos is roughly 10 km from the apartment, and Vera’s town centre (around 7 km) is where you’ll find everyday dining and local atmosphere.
