Cíes Luxury Suitel Areosa, Vigo

Cíes Luxury Suitel Areosa is a budget-friendly stay in Vigo, Spain, set on Rúa Areosa 22 in the Freixeiro area. The property is geared toward travelers who want more space and a home-like setup, with 14 guest rooms that include kitchens—useful for longer visits or for keeping breakfast simple. The hotel is wheelchair accessible, and housekeeping is available on request, which helps if you’re out exploring most of the day. There’s also an accessible shuttle listed, but the information indicates there is no accessible shuttle, so it’s worth confirming what transport support is available for your dates.

Based on the limited guest feedback available, the overall rating is 4/10 from one review, so expectations should be managed. The single review suggests the experience may not match what many travelers look for in a comfortable, consistently serviced stay, and that makes it especially important to check details before committing.

For sightseeing, you can reach MARCO, the Museum of Contemporary Art, in about 2 km, and the Castro Fortress is also around 2 km away, making this a practical base for city walks. If you want a bit more greenery, Castrelos Park is roughly 3 km from the hotel, offering a slower pace after time in town. This is best for solo explorers or couples who prioritize having a kitchen and are comfortable doing a lot of their own planning, rather than relying on extensive on-site services.
