B&B Mas Coquells Habitación Genover, Vilanant

B&B Mas Coquells Habitación Genover is a small bed and breakfast in Vilanant, Spain, set at Mas coquells in the surrounding countryside where the pace slows down quickly. Guests describe the stay as calm and thoughtfully run, and the overall score of 9.5/10 reflects a consistent impression from the limited number of reviewers. One common thread in guest feedback is how quiet the environment feels, which makes it a good fit for couples who want privacy and a restful base between day trips. The terrace is a natural place to linger after exploring, while the Japanese garden adds a distinctive, meditative touch to the property’s atmosphere. Practical touches matter here too: free wired internet helps when you need to check plans, and there’s covered parking plus self parking available for a surcharge, which can be reassuring if you’re arriving by car. Pets are allowed, so travelers bringing a companion animal can plan without having to leave them behind. In terms of nearby highlights, Figueres’ Dalí Theatre-Museum is about 7 km away, and Castell de Peralada sits roughly 8 km from the property for castle-and-gardens afternoons. If you’re looking to stretch your legs further, the natural landscapes of the Empordà region are within reach by car, giving you options beyond the immediate village. Best for couples, pet owners, and solo travelers who prefer a peaceful rural setting over busy city streets, while still staying close enough to major sights like Dalí and Peralada.
