ASTER sea view apartment is a comfortable, non-smoking stay in Villajoyosa, Spain, suited to travelers who want sea air, a terrace, and time to unwind without giving up easy access to the town. The apartment is located on PASEO DEL EMPERADOR NERON 6 E/1-4-C, placing you within reach of Playa El Torres (about 0.5 km) and the chocolate heritage around Museo del Chocolate Valor (around 1.5 km). Inside, you’ll find a layout designed for everyday living, and the building’s lift helps keep arrivals and departures straightforward. When you want a slower pace, the on-site swimming pool, sauna, and hot tub/Jacuzzi provide a clear rhythm for the day—swim first, then relax, then head out for dinner. The terrace is the kind of extra that makes morning coffee or an evening wind-down feel more like a routine than a stopover.

For sightseeing, Villajoyosa’s seafront and old-town streets are close enough for relaxed strolling, and the chocolate museum makes a memorable outing even if you’re only in town for a short break. This is best for couples and families who value a sea-view base, quiet indoor comfort, and the option to recharge with spa-style facilities after beach time.
