Holiday rental Spain Villajoyosa, Villajoyosa

Holiday rental Spain Villajoyosa is a three-bedroom holiday apartment in Villajoyosa, Spain, set on Carrer Palasiet and designed for guests who want space, privacy, and straightforward beach access. With air conditioning throughout, it suits stays in warmer months when you want a comfortable indoor base between outings. The apartment is non-smoking throughout, and you’ll have free wired internet and internet access for planning days on the Costa Blanca. Parking is handled with offsite parking that comes with discounted rates, plus covered parking for added ease.

The neighborhood puts you close to the sea: Villajoyosa Beach is about 400 meters away, so morning swims and evening strolls are part of the routine rather than a special trip. If you’re exploring beyond the town, El Torres Beach is roughly 2 km from the apartment, and Terra Natura in Benidorm is around 7 km, making it practical for families and active groups. For a classic viewpoint over the bay, Benidorm’s Balcón del Mediterráneo is about 10 km.

Guest feedback is exceptionally positive, with a 10/10 score from a small number of reviewers. One common theme in such high ratings is that the apartment works well as a home base: guests appreciate the comfort of air conditioning, the reliability of wired internet, and the convenience of parking options when returning after a day out.

This place is best for families or small groups who want a comfortable, self-catering stay in Villajoyosa with easy access to the coastline and nearby Benidorm attractions.
