Should You Book Cannes Mimoun Apartments?
Not worth booking based on the extremely low guest rating (3/10 from 3 reviews). With so little positive feedback available, you should treat this as a high-risk choice unless you can confirm details directly with the property.
Best For
- Families traveling with children who want a convenient base and access to a private beach nearby
- Guests who prioritize being close to Cannes Beach (about 0.5 km) for easy day trips
- Travelers who value walkability to major sights like Palais des Festivals et des Congrès (about 1.2 km) and Le Suquet (about 1.5 km)
- Guests who want concierge support and multilingual staff to help coordinate logistics during their stay
Not Ideal For
- Travelers who rely on strong recent guest satisfaction, given the 3/10 rating from only 3 reviews
- Guests who need very flexible arrival times, since check-in is limited to 02:30 PM–06:30 PM
- Travelers who prefer fully private in-room conveniences, since the property lists a shared microwave rather than indicating in-unit facilities
What to Expect
Check-in is scheduled for the afternoon window (from 02:30 PM to 06:30 PM), so arriving earlier may require planning around luggage storage. The area feels like a practical Cannes base, with Cannes Beach only about a 5-minute walk away and major landmarks such as Palais des Festivals et des Congrès within roughly 1.2 km. In the mornings, you can step out toward nearby attractions like Le Suquet and Marche Forville, then return for a relaxed start to the day. However, with only three reviews and a 3/10 overall rating, the stay experience appears inconsistent based on guest feedback.
Location Intelligence
The location is a strong point for sightseeing: Palais des Festivals et des Congrès is about 1.2 km away, Marche Forville is about 1.3 km, and Le Suquet is about 1.5 km. Cannes Beach is very close (about 0.5 km), making it easy to fit beach time into a walkable day. For airport access, both Côte d'Azur Airport and Nice Côte d'Azur Airport are listed at about 27 km, so plan for a transfer rather than assuming a short ride.
