Kali Strata 2 - Downtown, Symi

Kali Strata 2 - Downtown is a small, practical stay in Symi, Greece, on Menikidou Street, putting you close to the island’s everyday rhythm rather than the quiet edges. With non-smoking rooms and air conditioning, it suits guests who want comfortable basics after time in the sun. The terrace is a simple extra for a slower start or a drink before heading out, and luggage storage helps if your plans don’t match the check-in window. Reviews are limited, but the overall guest rating of 6.6/10 suggests a mixed experience: some travelers appreciate the straightforward setup and helpful on-the-ground support, while others mention that expectations should stay realistic for a compact downtown property.

Location matters here. Nos Beach is about 0.5 km away, and Nimborio Beach is roughly 1.5 km, so you can choose between a closer swim and a slightly longer coastal stretch. For culture, the Archaeological Museum of Symi and the Clock Tower are both around 1 km, making it easy to combine sightseeing with short walks. If you’re traveling with family, the availability of family rooms can make scheduling easier, and pets are allowed, which is useful for visitors who don’t want to leave companions behind. For independent travelers, the tour desk and car hire support can help you shape island days without over-planning.

Best for solo explorers, couples, and families who prefer walking-friendly access to Symi Town sights and beaches, and who value practical comfort over resort-style facilities.
