Ideal Property Mallorca - Maritimo is a family-friendly base in Alcudia, Spain, set on Teodor Canet, 7, a practical address for travellers who want beach time and easy day trips. The property suits guests who value quiet indoor comfort, with air conditioning, non-smoking rooms, and non-smoking throughout. Free wired internet and internet access help when you need to plan routes or keep in touch, and the lift makes it easier to move around with luggage.

Based on the small number of guest reports, the overall impression is very positive, with an exceptional 10/10 guest rating from two reviews. That kind of score usually points to a smooth stay experience, and in this case the emphasis appears to be on comfort and straightforward convenience rather than flashy extras.

For getting your bearings, you can pair relaxed beach mornings with culture in Alcudia Old Town, about 3 km away, where the historic streets and walls set the pace. Nature lovers can head to S’Albufera de Mallorca Natural Park, roughly 6 km from the property, for walks and wildlife spotting in the island’s wetlands. If you prefer coves, Cala Poncet is around 4 km away, offering a different shoreline feel than the main beach areas.

This is a good fit for couples who want space and calm, and for families and road-trip friendly groups who like to come and go independently. With parking listed as not available, it’s best to plan around local transport or arrive with that in mind before you commit.
