If a neighbor complains or provides evidence that a party is taking place in the apartment, the deposit will be forfeited; and in case of damage, the cost of repairing or replacing damaged items will be charged.Use of the building's terrace is strictly prohibited.- Pets are not allowed.This apartment is located on the 5th floor (no elevator).- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Upon check-in, if a cigaret smell is detected, an additional €200 will be charged for odor removal (wall cleaning, furniture cleaning, and ozonation of the entire apartment).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
