Aspasios Plaza Real Apartments, Barcelona

Aspasios Plaza Real Apartments is a Barcelona, Spain stay designed for travelers who want their own space while still being close to the city’s main sights. Located on Carrer de n’Aroles, in the central old-town orbit, it’s a practical base for days spent on foot, from La Boqueria and the Gran Teatre del Liceu to the Gothic Quarter. The apartments are air-conditioned and set up with soundproof rooms, which matters in a city where streets can stay busy late into the evening. Families will appreciate that children are allowed and that there are family rooms, so groups can spread out rather than crowd into a single hotel room.

Guest feedback averages 8.3/10 across 298 reviews, with many visitors highlighting the comfort of the indoor setup and the ease of handling arrivals and departures. Several reviewers mention that the private check-in and private check-out process feels smooth, and that the tour desk helps with planning what to do next once you’re out exploring. The lift and non-smoking environment also come up positively for day-to-day convenience and comfort.

If you’re visiting for a city break, a family trip, or a road-trip stopover where you want a calm place to reset after sightseeing, this is the kind of accommodation that fits. With its central location near major landmarks—La Boqueria (about 0.9 km), Gran Teatre del Liceu (about 0.7 km), and Barcelona Cathedral (about 1.6 km)—you can spend less time commuting and more time walking the neighborhoods that make Barcelona feel distinct.
