APARTAMENTO PLAYASOL DENIA, Denia

APARTAMENTO PLAYASOL DENIA is a family-oriented apartment stay in Denia, Spain, set on Carrer Coll Verd, a calm residential pocket that suits travelers who want a quieter base between beach days and town outings. The apartment’s standout practicality is its comfort and cleanliness: air conditioning helps you cool down after time in the sun, and the property notes that guest rooms are disinfected between stays with effective cleaning standards against Coronavirus. Non-smoking throughout also makes it a better fit for guests who prefer a fresher indoor environment.

With a guest rating of 9.9/10 from 10 reviews, recent visitors have leaned into the same themes—ease of settling in, a comfortable atmosphere, and a well-kept feel throughout the stay. Families in particular tend to appreciate the shallow end in the pool area, which is easier for children to manage, while the terrace gives everyone a place to unwind without needing to leave the property.

Location-wise, you’re well placed for Denia’s key landmarks: Denia Port is about 1.5–2 km away, and Denia Castle is roughly 2 km from the apartment, making it feasible to plan a short outing for views and history. If you want nature, Montgó Natural Park is around 7 km, and Las Rotas sits about 5 km away for coastal scenery.

Best for families and small groups who want a non-smoking, air-conditioned base with a terrace and a kid-friendly pool setup, while still keeping Denia’s port and castle within easy reach.
