Ático Vistas Mar Playa Las Canteras, Las Palmas

Ático Vistas Mar Playa Las Canteras is a beachfront apartment in Las Palmas, Spain, set on Calle Espartero 1 and designed for travellers who want the sea as their backdrop. With Las Canteras Beach just about 200 metres away, you can step out for a swim or a long promenade walk without building a day around transport. Inside, the setup suits both short breaks and longer stays, with non-smoking accommodation and a lift for easier access. Families will find the baby safety gates useful, and the property’s focus on guest-room disinfection between stays adds reassurance for repeat visitors and those travelling with children.

For sightseeing, Parque de Santa Catalina is roughly 1 km away for waterfront ambience, while the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium is about 1.6 km from the apartment for cultural evenings. If you want a change of pace, the historic streets of Vegueta are around 3.2 km, where you can mix cafés with architecture and local life.
