With a guest rating of 9.5/10 from a small set of reviewers, the emphasis appears to be on how smoothly the stay runs and how consistently the property is prepared between visits. The hotel’s approach to cleanliness is central to the experience: rooms are disinfected between stays, and cleaning standards are described as effective against Coronavirus, with physical distancing rules and staff following local safety protocols. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and the property also supports private check-in and check-out, which can reduce waiting on arrival. For downtime, you can cool off in the swimming pool without leaving the building, and you’ll find a lift for easier movement during your stay. This is also a cashless-friendly property, which many guests may appreciate for a simpler, contact-reduced routine. Location matters here: Las Canteras Beach is roughly 0.8 km away, Parque de Santa Catalina sits about 1.2 km from the address, and Auditorio Alfredo Kraus is around 1.7 km. If you’re planning a beach-first trip with evening strolls along the coast, this base keeps you close to the action while maintaining an adult-only atmosphere that tends to feel calmer than busier hotels. Reviewers mention the overall standard of cleanliness and the calm feel of the property, which helps explain why couples often choose it for short breaks.
